• Salary: €1100 gross per month × 14 salaries per year
• What you'll do:
• Review online content to uphold safety standards
• Enforce community guidelines with accuracy and consistency
• Flag harmful or inappropriate content
• Bring your cultural expertise to an international workplace
• A typical day as a Content Moderator:
• Start your shift with a quick team check-in and updates on policy/guideline changes
• Review a queue of user-generated content (text, images, videos, and profiles)
• Assess content against community standards and make accurate decisions (approve, remove, escalate)
• Flag harmful, sensitive, or high-risk content for further review when needed
• Document decisions clearly and consistently to support quality and compliance
• Take regular breaks and use wellbeing resources provided, as the work can involve sensitive material
• End the day with a short wrap-up: productivity/quality checks and any handovers to the next shift

• C1 level Kurdish & B2 level English
• Analytical mindset with strong focus on detail
• EU passport / valid right to work in Greece required (no visa sponsorship/support provided)

English and Turkish

€1,100 gross/month
