Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

• Customer Service Specialist (Slovenian + English) — Remote in Poland
• Start date: 29 June
• Salary: 44 PLN gross/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Mon—Fri, 08:00—16:00 (Poland time)
• Headcount: 1 hire

You'll be the calm, confident voice customers rely on—solving issues, guiding them through product questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
• What you'll be doing
• Supporting customers with queries and troubleshooting related to blood glucose meters
• Delivering a high standard of customer care and aiming for satisfaction targets
• Communicating clearly and professionally with strong interpersonal skills
• Working confidently on a computer (basic MS Office knowledge is enough)
• Collaborating in an international environment and developing your skills over time

• Slovenian: fluent (C2 minimum)
• English: communicative (B1 minimum)
• Motivated, eager to develop professionally, and comfortable supporting customers
• Professional, reliable, and confident speaking with people

English and Slovenian

• 3 weeks paid training
• Mon—Fri, 08:00—16:00 (8 hours/day)
• Training delivered in English

€7,840 gross/month
