• Role: Associate Account Manager (English)
• Location: Remote from anywhere in Bulgaria
• Start date: 3rd August
• Hours: Mon—Fri, 09:00—18:00
• Salary: €1,636 gross/month + up to €1,533 quarterly bonus

• Keep client customers happy and resolve escalated issues
• Hit revenue-based targets and manage your sales territory
• Own and grow client accounts (spot problems, propose solutions, drive outcomes)
• Handle objections + negotiate confidently
• Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels
• Identify upsell opportunities (products/services)
• Use data to influence buying and renewal decisions

• Fluent English (written + spoken)
• Must have digital marketing sales experience
• Comfortable with a value-based selling approach in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Keen on new technologies
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
