• Role: Sales Development Representative (Polish)
• Location: Remote from anywhere in Bulgaria
• Hours: Mon—Fri, 09:00—18:00
• Salary: €2,135/month + €1,227 quarterly bonus
• Eligibility: Must have EU passport or valid work visa for Bulgaria

• Work a dedicated territory for clients
• Qualify leads from a provided database
• Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns + inbound leads (web, events, webinars, etc.)
• Answer questions and share clear product/service info
• Gather and record customer information accurately
• Drive adoption of products to improve customer experience and time-to-value
• Collaborate with teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
• Keep CRM updated
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts

• Fluent English + Polish (written + spoken)
• 2—3 years' experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
• Proven success hitting targets
• Confident communicator in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience (Salesforce or our client Dynamics) is a a plus
• Comfortable learning new tech + working with data
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
