• Role: Sales Support Specialist (German)
• Location: Bulgaria (Hybrid)
• Hours: Mon—Fri, 09:00—18:00
• Salary: €1,751 gross/month
• Eligibility: Must have EU passport or valid work visa for Bulgaria

• Prepare + validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off
• Monitor revenue (actuals + scheduled billings), quoting tool status, and pipeline to spot gaps/duplications
• Run daily/weekly pipeline hygiene checks (missing close plans, overdue opps) and chase sellers
• Investigate billing/invoicing issues (disputes, credits, decrements) with Ops/Finance
• Support forecasting: join/lead closing calls, track deal progression, prep forecast files
• Manage support tickets (pricing, tool issues, quote tool updates, billing escalations)
• Monitor deal progress and unblock issues with quoting + management
• Produce reports on hygiene exceptions + billing readiness and drive action in CRM

• Very good German + English (written + spoken)
• Experience in customer service / sales / outsourcing (advantage)
• Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce / our client Dynamics preferred)
• Strong communication + relationship-building
