You'll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while helping customers stay protected online.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide professional support to customers using a leading cybersecurity product.

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Supporting subscription and account-related enquiries
• Helping customers with retentions
• Providing clear, friendly and accurate information
• Escalating more complex technical issues where required
• Recording customer interactions accurately while meeting quality standards

• Dutch — C1/C2
• English — B2 or above
• Fluent Dutch and good English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, solution-focused attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential

• AMKA (Greek Social Security Number)
• International candidates do not require these before arrival, as full support will be provided during relocation.
