Maltese speaking Customer Service Advisors

• We're hiring Maltese-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support customers for a well-known international consumer brand.
• If you're confident on the phone, enjoy helping people, and want a stable role with clear targets and structure, this could be a great fit.
• Role: Customer Support Advisor (Advisor I)
• You'll support customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and/or online channels (email/live chat), depending on the project. Your focus is delivering a smooth customer experience—fast, accurate, and professional.

• Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats
• Identifying customer needs and resolving routine issues
• Building trust through clear, friendly communication
• Providing accurate information using the right tools and processes
• Meeting personal/team targets and call-handling quotas
• Keeping records of interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Maltese: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Greece

English and Maltese

• €1,450 gross/month
• €1,350 for remote workers
• €1,450 for office-based workers

• Relocation support where applicable
• Paid training
