• We are looking for a driven Italian-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team in Athens, supporting a leading global e-commerce and business solutions project.
• This is a performance-driven role where you will combine consultative sales skills with account management, helping business customers optimize their purchasing experience through innovative business solutions.

• — Manage a portfolio of business customers (SMBs and enterprise accounts)
• — Handle both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach
• — Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across business services
• — Recommend tailored purchasing and business account solutions based on customer needs
• — Support customers with account setup, onboarding, and ongoing optimization
• — Monitor account performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
• — Build strong, long-term client relationships
• — Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• — Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems

• — Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
• — Strong English (B2)
• — Previous sales experience (B2B or target-driven environment preferred)
• — Comfortable managing a portfolio of business clients in a fast-paced environment
• — Confident working toward targets and performance-based incentives
• — Experience in e-commerce, procurement, or business solutions is an advantage
• — Valid full-time work right in Greece

English and Italian

• €1,200 gross/month
• €1,150 gross per month
• €150 monthly project bonus
• €750 quarterly performance bonus (at 100% achievement)
• — Salary paid in 14 instalments per year (standard in Greece)
