As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for users, delivering a premium support experience.

• Supporting customers via live channels (phone/email/chat depending on business needs)
• Helping with account access, subscription queries, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Explaining app features clearly and confidently
• Escalating complex issues correctly and keeping customers updated
• Logging cases accurately and working to quality/KPI standards

• French: Fluent (C1/C2)
• English: B2 minimum
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 AM
