• As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll:
• Assist customers via phone, email and live chat
• Handle subscription and account-related enquiries
• Support customer retention activities
• Provide clear, accurate and friendly solutions
• Escalate technical issues when appropriate
• Accurately update customer records and maintain quality standards

• French — C1/C2
• English — B2 or above
• — Native or fluent French speakers
• — Good level of English
• — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• — A customer-first mindset
• — Strong attention to detail
• — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
