• As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support across phone, email and live chat.
• You'll assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, account support and order-related questions, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with account, order and product-related enquiries
• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Escalate more complex cases to specialist support teams when required
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

• German language skills at B2/C1 level or above
• English language skills at C1 level or above
• 1—2 years' experience in customer service, customer care or technical support
• Previous experience within retail, fashion or e-commerce is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

English and German

• This role operates on a rotating shift pattern and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
