Turkish Speaking Customer Success Specialist

• We're hiring Turkish-speaking Customer Success & Onboarding Specialists for a global CX leader in Bulgaria, supporting a major professional networking platform's Hiring products (Recruiter, Job Slots, Career Pages).
• This is a client-facing role focused on implementation, onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term customer success — helping B2B customers maximise value and ROI from their hiring solutions.
• Role: Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist (Turkish)
• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid)
• Office days: Wednesdays & Thursdays
• What you'll be doing
• Lead customer onboarding sessions and implementation guidance
• Deliver product training, best practices, and product demonstrations
• Monitor adoption/usage metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage customer cases (tickets/CRM) and ensure timely resolution
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Onboarding, Customer Support, or Talent Acquisition-related roles
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Confident presenting, training, and running onboarding sessions
• Consultative mindset focused on customer satisfaction and retention
• Comfortable with CRM/ticketing/case management tools
• Analytical ability to interpret utilisation data and spot opportunities
• Strong organisation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Turkish + English
• Preferred background (nice to have)
• Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Tech / SaaS / RPO / HR Services
• Familiarity with hiring processes or recruitment technologies

• €1,534 gross/month
• €1,533.88 gross/month
• €728.59 bonus per quarter
