Danish Speaking Tech Support - Malaga

• Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisor (On-site) — Benalmádena (Málaga)
• If you speak Danish + English and you're the person everyone calls when tech goes weird — this one's for you. On-site role in Benalmádena, with paid training, real progression, and a proper long-term contract.

• Solve more complex technical questions via phone and email
• Diagnose issues by listening properly and asking clear, simple questions
• Use your technical knowledge (and what you'll learn in training) to get customers to a fix fast
• Document every case clearly so service stays high-quality
• Stay up to date with new developments in networks and consumer electronics (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.)

• Danish (proficient/bilingual) + advanced English
• Completed ICT training
• Knowledge of network architecture + consumer electronics products
• Comfortable in MS Office
• Service-minded, accurate, analytical, and confident on the phone
• Nice to have: strong technical affinity, and experience in B2C or B2B support.
