• We're hiring in Porto for a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist (F&A) with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology. If you're looking for a stable, high-impact finance operations role with real ownership across the end-to-end cycle, this could be a great fit.
• Role: Diabetes Medical Devices — F&A | Senior O2C Specialist (Order to Cash)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Salary: €2,000 gross per month
• Language: C2 German + B2 English
• What you'll be doing
• Lead and oversee the full O2C cycle: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution
• Prepare/review AR ageing, drive collection strategy, and reduce DSO
• Manage customer/internal stakeholders, resolve escalations, negotiate payment terms
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, IFRS and tax implications
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives
• Support month/quarter-end close, reconciliations and senior reporting
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 5—7 years in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (incl. 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role)
• Strong knowledge of O2C, controls and compliance frameworks
• Confident with ERPs (e.g. SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
• Strong Excel + reporting skills
• Comfortable in global/multi-currency environments
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills

English and German

€2,000 gross/month
