• Role: Diabetes Medical Devices — F&A | Senior O2C Specialist (Order to Cash)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Salary: €1,850 gross per month
• Language: English (C1)
• What you'll be doing
• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
• Prepare and review AR ageing reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications
• Drive process automation, standardisation, and efficiency initiatives
• Support month-end & quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5—7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday)
• Exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) — C1 level
