• French-speaking and ready for a new office-based role in Porto, Portugal? We're hiring French (C2) Customer Service Advisors to join a leading international car & van rental company operating in 140+ countries.
• The Role
• You'll deliver a high standard of customer support across multiple channels, helping customers throughout the rental journey and ensuring a smooth experience from reservation to resolution.

• Provide excellent, personalised customer service via phone, email, and messaging
• Support customers with enquiries throughout the car rental process
• Advise on reservations, options, and upgrades, matching services to customer needs
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently, maintaining high service standards
• Build strong customer relationships using confident communication and (ideally) sales skills

• French: C2
• English: B2
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
• Good computer skills
• Sales skills are a plus (ability to spot opportunities and suggest relevant add-ons)
• Previous customer support/contact centre experience is helpful, but not essential
• Team player with adaptability and flexibility

English and French

• Days off: Saturday & Sunday
