Customer Service (Italian C2 + English B2)

• Our client is an all-in-one business travel management platform. The platform enables employees to book trains, flights, hotels, and car rentals, while providing managers with tools to manage group bookings, subscriptions, and expense tracking. All features are integrated within a single app and aligned with corporate travel policies to ensure a seamless and compliant travel experience.
• Language Requirements (Mandatory)
• Italian: C2 (native-level) — mandatory
• English: B2 (solid business level) — mandatory

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when needed
• Support with our client changes, modifications, and cancellations
• Provide accurate information on travel services, destinations, and company policies
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
• Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement

• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service (travel industry preferred)
• High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

English and Italian

• Monday to Friday: 08:00—17:00 OR 09:00—18:00
• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

• €1,100 gross/month
• €1,000/month
• 14 payments per year
