• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist merchants with all questions and enquiries about products and services
• Proactively contribute to improving customer processes to increase merchant satisfaction
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales and Marketing)

• Previous Contact Centre / Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Confident using technology (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
• Fluent Italian + English B2 minimum (comfortable speaking and writing in English)
• Enthusiastic, communicative, patient, and customer-first
• Curious and persistent when solving issues
• Organised and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations

English and Italian

• Monday to Sunday: 08:00—19:00 (rotative shifts)
• Late shift may extend until 21:00 depending on client agreement (has not happened since the line opened)
• Days off: 2 days (rotative)

• €1,000 gross/month
• €1,000 gross per month (14 payments)
• €250 per month bonus

• €280/month rent including all utilities (discounted directly from payslip)
