• As Onboarding Specialists, agents will serve as the frontline of the Live Monetization (LM) growth operations, providing proactive and high-impact support — primarily via outbound calls and follow-up emails — to convert and activate the client's creator leads. This scope covers the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring an agile, sales-oriented, and high-quality transition for users into the monetization ecosystem, directly driving platform revenue and creator success.

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and "sell" the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, Rewards).
• Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical set-up.
• Use strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey.
• Follow SOPs for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results-driven approach.
• Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Experience in a contact centre/service programme for telemarketing or sales projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Comfortable handling outbound calls (telemarketing).
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving environment.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• German fluency (role language)
• English proficiency at business level (read/write/speak fluently)

English and German

• Monday to Friday: 09:00—18:00
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday
• Future change (TBC by client): schedule may be extended to 24/7 with rotational shifts and days off.

• €1,100 gross/month
• €1,100 gross per month (14 salaries)
