• Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped OTE (realistic ~£4,000. per annum)
• We're hiring Customer Acquisition Specialists (B2B) for an on-site role in Belfast, supporting a major UK telecoms provider and its business mobile network services.
• This is a new business / lead generation position — not a closing role. Your focus is to speak with businesses, qualify needs properly, and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team to close.
• About the business (telecoms & mobile services)
• You'll be working on a programme representing a well-established UK telecommunications brand, providing business mobile solutions including mobile phone packages, network services, and connectivity for companies of all sizes.

• Calling business leads and running structured qualification conversations
• Qualifying opportunities using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
• Identifying:
• Who they currently have mobile contracts with
• How many staff/devices they need
• When the contract is up for renewal
• Who the correct decision-maker is
• Logging accurate information and sending qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Working to activity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

• Sales experience is essential (any background)
• Ideally 6—12 months experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, SDR/BDR, or similar
• Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills
• Confident handling objections and following a clear process
• Organised, detail-focused, and motivated by uncapped commission
