• Ready for a fresh start in one of Europe's most liveable, sunniest capitals? We're hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support professionals to join a global customer experience employer supporting a major international insurance brand (client name confidential).
• You'll be the calm, confident voice customers rely on—helping them understand cover, manage policies, and get clear answers fast.
• The role
• As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll handle phone and email enquiries from customers and insurance brokers, providing accurate guidance on insurance products and policy options.

• Responding to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and email
• Explaining policy coverage and product information clearly and professionally
• Supporting policy cancellations and general policy administration queries
• Assisting insurance brokers with their questions and requests
• Keeping records updated accurately and following compliance processes

• C2 Dutch (native-level)
• B2 English (strong working level)
• Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Professional, friendly communication style and confidence on the phone
• Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-focused

English and Dutch

• Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
• Rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00
• Days off: Weekends

• €1,100 gross/month
• €1,100 per month
• €200 monthly bonus
