• Join a fast-moving social media and e-commerce environment where every day is different. We're hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support users across a major platform's e-commerce channel (project confidential).
• You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, investigate issues end-to-end, and make sure buyers, sellers, customers, and creators get clear, accurate resolutions—fast.

• €100 performance bonus per month

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company's e-commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers / sellers / customers / creators, including checking order and logistics status
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Escalate issues in line with internal procedures

• C2 Dutch + B2 English
• Mandatory experience in:
• our client Analytics
• HTML / Web Development
• Pixel data and API
• Paid campaign management experience (mandatory)
• Degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in a Contact Centre / Service programme for an Advertising Tech company
• Confident using social media products + basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer-service mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team

English and Dutch

• You will start with a 12-hour operating window:
• Monday to Sunday — 07:00 to 19:00
• 2 shifts:
• 07:00 — 16:00
• 10:00 — 19:00
• Future schedule (to be confirmed by the client)
• Days off: 2 rotational days

€1,100 gross/month
