• Love tech, problem-solving, and helping customers get the best out of their products? We're hiring Dutch-speaking Tech Support Advisors to join a well-known small home appliances business (brand/project confidential) in Lisbon.
• You'll be the first person customers speak to after purchase — diagnosing issues, guiding them through fixes, and making sure they feel looked after from day one.
• Salary & bonus
• €1,100 gross per month (14 payments)
• €200 performance bonus per month

You'll provide after-sales technical support for various domestic appliance brands, supporting customers via phone and email. You'll run initial diagnostics using structured processes, solve what you can immediately, and escalate complex cases to the right teams.

• Provide first-line tech support via phone and email (first point of contact)
• Conduct initial diagnostics using 60 established troubleshooting processes
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Proactively improve customer outcomes (e.g., using YouTube tutorials to support guidance during diagnostics)
• Communicate with customers to:
• Provide product information
• Follow up on orders
• Handle minor repair guidance
• Resolve complaints professionally
• Use three different software tools during the support process
• Cross-selling skills are a plus (spotting opportunities without being pushy)

• C2 Dutch
• B2 English
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable troubleshooting and following structured processes
• Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Previous tech support / after-sales support experience is a strong advantage
• Work setup

English and Dutch

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• 08:00 — 18:00 (Portuguese time)
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

€1,100 gross/month
