• Join a fast-moving social media and e-commerce environment where every day is different. We're hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support users across a major platform's e-commerce channel (project confidential).
• You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, investigate issues end-to-end, and make sure buyers, sellers, customers, and creators get clear, accurate resolutions — especially during busy promotion periods.

• €1,100 gross per month
• €100 performance bonus per month

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company's e-commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers / sellers / customers / creators, including checking order and logistics status
• Review cases within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Escalate issues in line with internal procedures when required
• Stay knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and service standards
• Use empathy and rational decision-making to resolve customer issues
• Cope confidently with peaks in contact volume during promotion seasons
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation

• C2 German
• B2 English
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and how online orders/logistics work
• Calm under pressure, especially in peak seasons
• Work setup

English and German

• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts:
• 08:00 — 17:00 or 09:00 — 18:00
• Days off: 2 rotational days
• Future schedule (to be confirmed by the client)

€1,100 gross/month
