We're hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to deliver high-quality support across multiple channels, with a strong focus on problem-solving, brand voice, and customer experience.

You'll support customers across phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging, handling everything from pre-sales questions to technical troubleshooting across e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity.

• Respond to customer requests across multiple channels
• Provide pre-sales support, general enquiries, and technical assistance
• Troubleshoot issues across e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in private and public interactions
• Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when needed
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets
• Manage your individual ticket queue efficiently
• Review and provide feedback on help content/knowledge base articles
• Share ideas for continuous improvement

• C2 Danish
• B2 English minimum
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
• Able to work flexibly when required (evenings/weekends/holidays)

English and Danish

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 — 17:00
• Days off: Saturday & Sunday
