Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors

• We're hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an international secure digital communication platform used by both public and private sector customers — based on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
• The role (on-site, Larnaca) Start Date 7th Sept
• You'll support users via phone, email, and live chat, helping with:
• App + website troubleshooting (login/access, technical issues)
• Guiding users to the correct department for sector-specific queries
• Escalating complex cases to the right internal team or external partner
• Supporting business-account users and ensuring timely resolution
• What you'll get
• Salary: €1,350 gross/month (increases to €1,400 after 6 months)
• Bonus: Uncapped, based on cases (€0.15 per case)
• Hours: 40/week, rotational shifts
• Operating hours: Mon—Sun 09:00—21:00
• Training: Mon—Fri 09:00—17:30
• Payment: Monthly

• Danish C2 + English B2
• EU citizenship (or already eligible to work in Cyprus)
• Customer support experience preferred, not required

€1,350 gross/month

• €1,500 relocation package paid 2—3 weeks after start (you arrange flight + accommodation)
• Flight reimbursement up to €300 + accommodation option for up to 2 months
