• Want to work at the cutting edge of AI while living in one of Europe's best lifestyle cities? We're hiring German-speaking Content Moderators / AI Labeling & Evaluation Agents in Lisbon for an immediate start on 27th August.
• In this role, you'll review and evaluate outputs from advanced AI models (e.g., chatbot responses), helping improve accuracy, safety, and quality. Your work directly supports the training and performance of next-generation AI systems.
• What you'll be doing
• You'll be responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and applying detailed guidelines to label, evaluate, and improve model outputs. Day-to-day, you will:
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using clear quality and annotation guidelines
• Label and annotate language model outputs with high consistency and accuracy
• Assess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance
• Apply complex written guidelines across a wide range of scenarios and content types
• Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and potential issues, escalating when needed
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment
• Review and analyse structured text, language data, and AI-generated content
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data security and project standards
• Provide actionable feedback that helps continuously improve AI performance

• C2 German (native-level) + B2 English minimum
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and apply complex written policies consistently
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication
• Comfortable working to targets in a quality-driven environment
• Professional, objective, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
