• We're hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors (Healthcare tech) in Porto, Portugal to support patients across Europe for a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology.
• You'll mix empathetic customer care with tech troubleshooting — helping people feel confident using medical devices that can genuinely change daily life.
• Pay (gross)
• €1,100/month salary (paid in 14 payments)
• €300/month project bonus
• €1,500 sign-on bonus (paid in 12 instalments)
• Total monthly gross: €1,525
• Role details
• Tech support / customer service (Healthcare tech)
• German (written + spoken) + English (C1)

• German: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Portugal

English and German

• Monday to Sunday — 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off
• Occasional night cover may be required (22:00—07:00)

€1,100 gross/month

• Relocation support where applicable
