Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch-Speaking) — Hybrid, Barcelona or Valencia

• We're hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join a global technology and services leader supporting a well-known international brand. You'll be part of a high-energy team delivering outstanding customer experiences, solving post-sales queries, and spotting opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell with a proactive, customer-first approach.
• Location: Barcelona or Valencia (Hybrid) — you can choose.

• You'll handle a mix of customer support and sales activity, with a strong focus on post-sales service.
• Managing inbound customer requests via calls, email, chat and tasks
• Responding quickly and effectively to queries, always aiming for a first-class experience
• Making outbound calls when needed to resolve issues with customers and internal teams
• Creating quotes and following up with cross-selling / up-selling opportunities
• Keeping up-to-date with the product portfolio and post-sales processes
• Managing post-sales tasks including:
• Order cancellations
• Claims management
• Order and delivery follow-up
• Refund requests
• Escalations
• Working across multiple tools (e.g., CRM and order management systems) with a high-quality, efficient, customer-centric mindset

• Dutch: bilingual/proficient
• English: fluent
• 1+ year relevant experience (customer service, sales support, inside sales, or similar)
• Confident communicator with strong customer care skills
• Comfortable with sales techniques: objection handling, cross-selling, up-selling
• Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
• Strong listening and qualification skills to understand customer needs
• Good IT understanding and curiosity for technology products and applications

• Salary: €20,000 gross/year (12 payments) + €2,000 gross/year bonus (performance-based)
