Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor

• W €85 net meal allowance per month

• As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support across phone, email and live chat.
• You'll help customers with product enquiries, purchases, account support and order-related questions, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, accurately and with genuine care.

• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with account, order and product enquiries
• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Escalate complex cases to specialist support teams when required
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience

• Italian language skills at B2/C1 level or above
• English language skills at C1 level or above
• 1—2 years' experience in customer service, customer care or technical support
• Previous experience within retail, fashion or e-commerce is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

• This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
